At Watsabble, a product of Adam Apps Private Limited, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with our WhatsApp Business API messaging and automation services. However, if you are not satisfied for any reason, we’ve made our cancellation and refund process simple and transparent.
1. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or service plan at any time by contacting us at hi@watsabble.com.
If you cancel within the first 3 days of your initial purchase or subscription activation, you will be eligible for a full refund — no questions asked.
After 3 days, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, but you may continue to use your plan until the end of your current billing cycle.
2. Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund:

The full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
Please note that transaction or currency conversion fees (if any) charged by your payment provider are non-refundable.
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable for:

Renewals of existing subscriptions.

Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations or misuse.

Services that have already been substantially used or delivered.
