Watsabble aims to provide complete satisfaction to all our customers with our services. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a refund or cancellation of your account as per the terms given below:

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your Watsabble subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
  • For monthly subscriptions, cancellation will be effective immediately and your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will have access to the services until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • For yearly subscriptions, cancellation will be effective immediately and you will have access to Watsabble services for the remainder of the current billing cycle. However, your subscription will not renew at the end of the 12 month term.
  • No refunds will be provided for any partial months used in monthly or yearly subscriptions.

Refund Policy

  • If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 3 days of activating your Watsabble account. Please contact our support team to initiate the refund process.
  • If our service is not functioning or you are unable to use the service due to technical issues on our system for more than 24 consecutive hours, you may request a refund for the amount of the remaining subscription term. Refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis according to the length of downtime.
  • Refunds will only be considered if you have contacted our support team within 24 hours of the downtime and a ticket has been created documenting the service issue.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse, each Watsabble account is only eligible for a maximum of 1 refund per year.
  • Refund requests made after 3 days of purchase, or for reasons other than downtime, will not be accepted.
  • The decision to provide the refund is at the sole discretion of Watsabble management based on verification of the request.

Additional Terms

  • All refunds and cancellations are handled as per the commercials agreed with you at the time of purchase.
  • The Company reserves the right to change the cancellation and refund policy at any time without notice. The policy at the time of your subscription purchase will apply.
  • Refunds will only be processed to the person or entity that originally purchased the subscription.
  • Any abuse of the refund or cancellation policies may result in termination of your account.
